Fordham Alumni Theatre Company's Summer Performances
Life of Galileo

Thursday, July 14 – Sunday, July 31, 2011
Veronica Lally Kehoe Studio Theatre | Lowenstein Center | Lincoln Center Campus

Each summer the Fordham Alumni Theatre Company creates the opportunity for both young and seasoned theater artists from across the country to return to their first artistic home on the Lincoln Center campus. This summer the company brings together a dynamic ensemble in a production of Bertolt Brecht's Life of Galileo directed by Ian Crawford, FCLC '06.

Integrating original music and imaginative puppetry and mask work, Life of Galileo presents a complex portrait of the man who lit a spark in 17th-century Florence and exploded the Scientific Revolution across Europe. Today's audience is left questioning just what is an individual's responsibility to society?
