Alumni GO! Navajo allows recent Fordham graduates an opportunity to take part in a Global Outreach service project among the native peoples of New Mexico. The team will partner with Via International to work for and alongside the local native people. Time will be spent assisting with farm and ranch work, supporting land restoration and water conservation efforts and learning regional traditions and history. Participants will take part in a rich cross-cultural exchange, meeting indigenous tribal leaders while learning and participating in native customs. A sample seven-day trip itinerary can be found on this webpage.
Admission to this project is granted on a first-come, first-serve basis upon the receipt of a completed application and $50 deposit. Applications can be downloaded here. Checks can be sent to the following address.
